Three tracks · one coach · every session with me
The 90-Day Self-Defense Program
In 90 days you will be able to break a grip, create distance and get yourself out under pressure, against someone bigger than you, without freezing.
Blue Belt BJJ, 4th Degree Black Belt Taekwondo, 10+ years on the mats and 100+ students coached. I run every session myself. Nobody hands you to an assistant coach.
Walk Home Safe
“You change your route, hold your keys between your fingers, and stay on the phone until you're inside.”
You stop rehearsing what you'd do and start knowing. Grip breaks, distance, and getting away from someone who is stronger than you.
Grown out of the Women Empowerment Program I run at Combat Sports Academy.
Stand Tall
“Your kid has gone quiet about school, and you don't know whether it's a phase or a person.”
Your kid stops looking like an easy target. Posture, voice and eye contact come first, hands only if it gets that far. They come home able to tell you what happened.
Grown out of the Kids & Teenagers Anti-Bullying Program I run at Combat Sports Academy.
Handle Yourself
“You've never trained, you're not going to start competing, and you'd just rather not be helpless.”
You can control a situation without escalating it, and end it early if it does. Fit enough to still be standing at the end of it.
The general track. Start here if neither of the other two is you.
How the 90 days run
Don't be there
Awareness, distance and de-escalation, plus the base conditioning to move at all. Most fights are won before they start.
Break the grip
The five holds people get caught in most, and the escape from each, drilled until you do it without thinking.
Under pressure
Live resistance, escalating each week, finishing with a filmed pressure test against someone bigger than you.
Everything you get
one payment, 12 weeks of training
Pass it, or keep training free
Make 80% of the sessions and do the drills between them. If you can't pass the day-90 pressure test, you keep training with me for free until you can. All I ask is that you show up.
6 seats per intake. New intake starts the first Monday of every month. Six seats, because I coach every session myself and I am not going to hand you to someone else halfway through.
Claim a seatThe 90-Day Promise
Come to your sessions and follow the plan for 90 days. If you are not stronger, fitter or leaner, I keep coaching you for free until you are.
You do the work. The result is my problem.
I coach 6 people one-on-one at a time.
When the slots are full, the free hour becomes a waitlist.
Take a slotMost Trainers Guess at Nutrition
I studied it at the American University of Beirut: Nutrition (NFSC 220) and Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health (NFSC 223). So your plan is built on how your body uses food. It also survives Lebanese food, Ramadan and exam season, which a template does not.
Where the tracks came from
The women's and teens' tracks aren't new ideas. They are the two programs I already run at Combat Sports Academy, rebuilt as something you can finish.

Classes Schedule
Classes Given
As a martial arts instructor and personal trainer, I have given classes at the International College (IC), at Academies (CSA), and at Private Clubs (Yarz leisure club).
Questions I Get Asked
I have never trained before. Is that a problem?
No. That is most first sessions. We start where your body is, and nothing gets loaded until the movement is right.
Where do we train?
In Beirut, at whichever gym or academy suits you. Your building's gym works too if it has the basics. Tell me where you are and I will tell you.
Is the first session free?
Yes. You keep the plan whether or not you book again.
I already train a combat sport.
Then your strength work is built around your mat schedule, so it adds to your training instead of stealing your recovery.
Do you write nutrition plans?
Yes, and they come with monthly coaching. I studied nutrition and exercise science at AUB, so your plan is built on how your body uses food.
Can I pause a monthly package?
Message me. Travel, exams and injuries happen.
The Free Hour Costs You an Hour.
Worst case, you get a session and a plan to keep, and you never hear from me again. Best case, you stop starting over.
