FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs depend on the garment and level of customization. Ready-made items start at small batches, while fully custom garments need larger runs to stay cost-effective. If your order is smaller, get in touch anyway and we'll find a solution.
How long does an order take?
Most bulk uniform orders are delivered within 10 to 15 days from purchase order, the same lead times we commit to in institutional tenders. Fully custom designs typically need 3 to 4 weeks. Rush orders are possible on request.
Can I see a sample before mass production?
Yes. Custom orders include a pre-production sample for approval, and adjustments at that stage are free of charge. We provide digital or physical proofs before production begins.
What branding options do you offer?
Computerized embroidery (the most durable finish) and DTF printing (best for bold, detailed graphics), plus woven labels and trims. Vector artwork gives the best results. If you only have low-resolution files, our design team can redraw them.
How does sizing work?
We work with European and Middle Eastern standard size charts, from XS through 3XL and beyond. Patterns are developed digitally for consistency, and custom orders can be adjusted for standard, slim or relaxed fits. Full measurement tables are shared during your meeting.
Is there a quality guarantee?
Yes. Every batch passes ISO-certified quality control, and garments are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective items are repaired or replaced.
Do you work with NGOs and institutional tenders?
Extensively. We supply uniforms and kits through formal tenders for the Lebanese Red Cross, UN agencies and international NGOs, with full documentation and framework-agreement experience.
What makes FabricAID different from other suppliers?
Every order creates jobs, funds training through our tailoring school, and keeps textiles out of landfill. You get quality uniforms at factory prices, plus an impact story your organisation can tell.
